The Otus is made with Mazzucchelli bio acetate, a naturally derived material providing a more eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based plastics. Cellulose acetate is made by extracting cellulose fibres from cotton or wood pulp to create a transparent paste. This paste can then be coloured and moulded into our beautiful frames – it’s magic!
