Join Bless founder and sound practitioner Ashlyn Gibson and Dr Erica, medical doctor, breathwork facilitator and holistic practitioner for the first Women’s Seasonal Health Circle. This is a space to share ideas and experiences that resonate with each season. As we listen and learn from one another each of us can feel inspired, empowered and connected in community.

A 15 minute breathwork practice and sound session will ground you into the unique and welcoming surroundings of the Bless Warehouse.

In circle for one hour you will have an opportunity to share seasonal health concerns and to reflect on your own health journey.

The circle will close with a 15 minute breathwork practice and soundscape.

Wrap up the evening with a simple but nutritious kitchen supper and conversation.

A word from Bless founder Ashlyn “I am passionate about a holistic and empowered approach to both mental and physical health. During periods of chronic stress I embraced the transformative power of sound healing and nature. In the past 5 years I have trained with the Forest Bathing Institute and travelled to the Lower Himalaya to qualify as a Sound Practitioner. My interest in life’s ultimate transition led me to also train as a Death Doula.”
