Ashlyn's compassionate and welcoming private 121 sessions are particularly helpful to those who are feeling depleted. A session will ease anxiety and take you to a place of deep rest and relaxation. If you find it hard to switch off or to drop into a meditative state this session is also for you. These sessions can bring you valuable respite and holistic support. A session with Ashlyn provides an interlude during times of stress, worry, grief or loss. Using traditional techniques vibrational energy will be directed to release, restore and reset. Each bespoke session will work with your emotional or physical challenges/blockages to bring your energy flow back into balance.

If you are suffering from poor quality and lack of sleep or stress and anxiety a session can be hugely beneficial. A nurturing and highly intuitive sound experience can help to unblock emotions and improve your sense of wellbeing. If you are feeling stuck taking time to connect to your subconscious can bring the clarity that you need to move forward.

Ashlyn blends guided meditation, mindfulness and the power of sound to create transformative and deeply restful experiences that also give you tools to carry forward in your own daily practice or to call on during times of stress.

In a one to one session the client again can either sit or lie down usually on a treatment table.

Ashlyn is the founder of Bless Stories and Good Death Salon. Her training in sound began in the Lower Himalaya in the traditional art and technique of sound healing. An advocate for life long learning Ashlyn continues to explore and study sound under the guidance of Ali Gunning and Jane Everett. Ashlyn is a trained Death Doula working with individual clients at end of life and hosts Death Cafes and Grief Circles at Bless Stories.

Ashlyn is fully insured as a sound practitioner and has an up to date DBS.
