This plain milk chocolate bar by Up Up is created from Single Estate 35% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans. With a golden caramel-sweet aroma this chocolate bar is characterised by the outstanding milky notes perfectly paired between cocoa and sweetness, followed by hints of toffee and a creamy aftertaste. The beans used to make this bar come from a single farm called "El Rosario" located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia. Up Up chocolate is proudly known as the first producer in the world to be certified by slavefreetrade.org meaning that this wonderful bar can be enjoyed with out any of the downsides.
