This classic paring knife is part of the redo line. It is made of stainless steel with a 98% recycled-plastic handle, made from collected consumer packaging. The 98% recycled-plastic handle, made from used packaging, lends the paring knife a unique sparkle. The shape of the handle is based on a japanese design known as shinogi. The vertical edge down the shaft of the handle ensures a good grip and control for both left- and right-handed users.
