This cheerful handmade "flag" pendulum is made by women from the Nepalese capital Kathmandu and surroundings. The paper they use comes from the lokta plant from the Himalayas and is scooped by hand. The entire production process is so extensive that it involves at least 200 hands.
Return to Sender:
By making this product from lokta paper, the women have their own income and therefore independence. In cooperation with Plan International Nederland, part of the profit is spent on vocational training for mostly young women. You a beautiful product, a better life.

The pendulum is 1 meter long, and the flags are 3 cm high.
The garlands are handmade and unique, which can create charming imperfections. The products may therefore differ slightly from the photo.
