Taste:

jukes 1 is built on a theme of peach blossom, refreshing cucumber, top quality plums, tart apples and pineapple husk. This is a fragrant drink with a full flavour on the palate and, crucially a long, tart, lemon zest-tinged finish.

Jukes 5: the main flavour themes found on the palate are built on the precise blending of lemon, pear, green apple, cucumber, gooseberry and grapefruit and with the addition of carefully selected vegetables, fragrant herbs and flowers. There is also a discreet level of spice that gently scours the palate and pricks the senses.

Jukes 8: the main flavour thrust is based on melon, pear, rhubarb and apple, with the careful addition of vegetables and other herbs and spices that contribute to impact and detail. There is a faint ozone tang which hints at a shoreline vibe while ensuring that the palate is super-sleek, firmly dry and very long.

Jukes 6: blackcurrant and blackberries lead the way, which is evident in the lusty colour of this drink. While layers of complexity are introduced thanks to the red fruit, raspberries, strawberries and plums which give an extra dimension and depth of flavour.

Jukes 2 draws its inspiration from the vast panoply of lighter red wines which match so well to the dishes drawn from a classic autumnal kitchen. The main flavour themes found on the palate are built on the precise blending of cranberries, sour cherries, blueberries, pomegranates, red apples and raspberries and with the addition of earthy vegetables, fragrant herbs and warming spices.

The backbone of apple cider vinegar allows each ingredient to express itself fully thanks to our delicate maceration technique.

Serve and store:

1 bottle of jukes makes two 125ml glasses. First pour 125ml of chilled still, sparkling or even tonic water into a wine glass, then pour in half a bottle of jukes. Stir, taste and then adjust to your palate. We love jukes 1 especially with chilled sparkling water, and jukes 2, 6, 5 and 8 with chilled still water.
