Isle of Auskerry has been a family run business on the remote Orkney Islands for over 35 years. They raise North Ronaldsay sheep, a rare, seaweed-eating breed, that there are only two flocks left of on Orkney. This original ‘Isle of Auskerry’ mittens design is a new addition to our range. The lacy stitch pattern makes these mittens feminine and flattering whilst being warm when the weather gets frosty. Long enough to cover the wrists but keeping your fingers free so that you can keep them on whatever your task. Suitable for knitters with some experience.
