Ideal para la fotografía de paisajes, la sensibilidad azul y verde de esta emulsión permite que la película se maneje con seguridad en el cuarto oscuro con luz roja lo que facilita el procesamiento y la inspección.
Su falta de sensibilidad al rojo también significa que los rojos y las naranjas en su marco se vuelven más oscuros con un contraste más fuerte que las películas pancromáticas estándar (todas las demás películas ILFORD y Kentmere son pancromáticas).
