Use a wool razor to eliminate the small balls. Wool tends to accept smells. In contrast, regular ventilation helps outdoors; But avoid direct sunlight to protect the colors from bleaching. Or you hang your scarf in damp air - in the bathroom or outside on a foggy day (not in the rain). Basically, please wash as little as possible. If you wash out the protective wool fat, the scarf or ceiling becomes dirty again. If a laundry is necessary, you should note the following points: >> Temperature: From 25 degrees, wool can melt because the scale structure of the fiber contracts. So please always make sure that the water temperature is not too warm. >> Detergent: Be sure to use a wool care product with a dashing effect (ordinary detergents attack the fibers from wool). You can add a little vinegar for the last rinsing: This ensures the right pH value the wool likes and freshens the colors. >> Hand washing: Wool should only be easily moved back and forth, not too much rubbing and wrings. >> Drying: Place the scarf flat on a bath towel and laundry rack and turn it several times until it is dry. And please never in the direct sun, at the heating or even in the tumble dryer. Stains should be removed as quickly as possible so that they do not penetrate deeply into the fibers and dry them.
