Luckycat Chinese Lucky Cat – Gold

The Luckycats are a fun, colorful, and cheerful interpretation of the classic Chinese lucky cat, or maneki-neko.

Each color attracts different types of luck. The gold color traditionally attracts money and wealth.

Our Luckycat is inspired by the classic plastic gold-finished lucky cat, which is lightweight and often seen in stores, restaurants, and other businesses. We wanted to turn this iconic and popular object into something beautiful and elegant with fun colors, one that you’d actually want to bring home. Maneki (招き) means "to invite" and neko (猫) means "cat" — “the cat that invites in.” Place your lucky cat facing the door to have its paw invite good fortune into your home. Make sure its paw is always moving. Take care of it, and may good luck follow you!

Materials: Plastic and collar with metal piece. Hand-painted.

Size: 10x6x15 cm (length/width/height)

The lucky cat requires AA 1.5V batteries for the paw to move. It should be kept in constant motion and oriented towards the door to attract luck. If you wish to turn it off, simply remove the battery.
