The soft faux leather feels luxurious, and the paper is a warm ivory that takes ink very well featuring lined pages on the right hand side and blank page son the left. This encourages the user to use the blank pages for sketches or attaching photos or memorabilia and the lined pages to record their experiences.
The finishing touch is the iconic horizontal elastic closure which keeps everything secure and can be used to hold pens and pencils.
