Paring knife classic cherry stainless, 85 mm

The Windmühlen knife Klassiker is a medium vegetable knife for all typical cutting tasks in the kitchen. It peels and cuts fruit, vegetables or herbs with a sharp and clean cut. Its 85 mm long blade is made of stainless chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel, finely hand-bladed and manufactured according to the "Solingen thin-ground" principle. The handle made of very beautiful steamed cherry wood lies comfortably in the hand and allows fatigue-free work. Do not put Windmühlen knives in the dishwasher, oil the handle with Herder wood care oil from time to time.

Since 2012, Manufactur has been using FSC-certified red beech. This means that the wood complies with the standard of the "Forest Stewardship Council" from the harvest to the last processing step. The red beech wood thus bears the trademark licence number C114242, which has been assigned to Windmühlenmesser-Manufactur.

The packaging of Windmühlenmesser knives consists of 80 - 90 % recycled cardboard as well as PET and PE plastics. The fact that Windmühlen knives are more environmentally friendly than other knives simply because they last longer and are therefore not thrown away should only be mentioned in passing.
