With the Wind & Fire collection, the belgian artist, Marie Michielssen is embarking on relatively new grounds for her. Marie saw in glass a new chance to experience colour. This collection takes on the organic forms from her papier-mâché earth collection, but also completely new forms. Marie michielssen explains: "the shape of these vases is reminiscent of the old apothecary jars: I like the proportions of these jars.
