This handmade product is made in the Nepalese capital Kathmandu and surroundings. The felt is made of wool that is matted, condensed, pressed and then dyed in an environmentally friendly way in various beautiful colors. Due to the use of unique and traditional Nepalese techniques, this product is a small work of art.
The women who make this product earn fair wages, which makes them more independent. This allows them to take care of their family and let their children go to school. In addition to receiving health care, they work in safe conditions and receive on-the-job training.
