Product details

Invented around 1550, the bricelet is a cookie originally from Switzerland 🇨🇭, probably linked to the making of wafers.

Unique in their shape and motifs, these thin and crispy wafers are molded entirely by hand 🙌 and then cooked one by one on a “briquette griddle”, the hallmark of the cookie artisan's know-how.
