Disco Linoprint
Surely the disco of dreams is one that is all over by 11pm. Meaning you can leave at 10.30 without raising eyebrows and be back at home in bed by midnight. All the joy and excitement of the disco without the lack of sleep that might follow a later curfew. I am all for it.
I am also all for this lino print advertising this regulation by James Brown. The signature style of a lino print is particularly attractive in this format revealing the hand cut nature of the lino and also the evidence of the ink being applied by hand in the creation of the print, it being not consistently flat but showing the small marks and different depths of coverage that this printing technique involves.
The print would look great framed or hung from the poster hangers that we stock by Creamore Mill.
