The cow in India is sacred. However, the Indian population consists of 13% Muslims. For this proportion of the population, herds of cattle are kept in East Indian areas for food production. The recycling takes place in state-owned slaughterhouses where the raw leather is produced, which the Harold's partners then reuse.
