Embroidered linen pillow with Indigo woven twill cloth is particulary inspired by the Tuareg people Souk and Berber typical design pattern. Their use of geometric patterns combined with a sophisticated color palette inspired Coral and Tusk's newest range of ornate embroideries on custom woven ground that they developed especially for this collection.
Coral & Tusk, embroidered home decor company, add their signature storytelling spirit to every room of the home with their embroidered pillows, artwork, table linens, dolls, accessories and more. Founded in 2007 by Stephanie Housley with her husband Chris Lacinak until today their products are appreciated by magazines like Vogue Magazine, World of Interiors, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Martha Stewart Living and many more. Stephanie's creative process is a special alchemy of storytelling spirit, illustration, machine embroidery and hand finishing that starts with hand drawn allure of Stephanie. Trained informally at home and then formally at RISD, Stephanie first creates her irreverent characters and bold pattern designs as original pencil drawings before she painstakingly redraws them stitch by stitch using specialized software. Designs are machine embroidered at cut and sew workshops that Stephanie setup in India and are then finished by hand in her Brooklyn studio. From concept and original drawing all the way to the finished product, a single design takes months to be produced.
The product will be shipped to you from: Das Goodshaus in Berlin, Germany.
