The piece, titled "Bus management by Mr. and Mrs. Inoue," depicts a loving married couple riding in a red bus through an open field. The design is printed on textured polyester, capturing the warmth and artistry of the original oil pastel work. The cover also includes decorative piping and two bookmarks with black, tire-shaped charms. The signature of the artist is printed on the left pocket.
