These Chimac brand sauces are from a Korean fried chicken restaurant in Dublin by the same name. They are delicious homemade sauces and with a very careful aesthetic.
Korean Hot Sauce: A soft average red -cooked fermented sauce. Not too hot. Chicken, pork, rice, eggs, toasted with cheese.
Use it as marinade or as a sauce.
Allergens: Contains wheat, barley, soy. It can contain sulphites. Made in a kitchen that drives peanuts, mustard, egg, mik and sesame.
