This is a truly global blend incorporating lemongrass from Sri Lanka as well as Small Holder farmers in Malawi.
A more delicate flavour than a modern Breakfast tea, it has soft florals balanced by smooth, malty notes. A full-bodied infusion with grassy notes of fresh hay and the sweetness of lemon drops.
Ingredients: Lemon herbs.
Method: Use 1-2g per 150ml of boiling water. It can be infused many, many times yielding multiple cups.
