TO USE HOT: Place the mask in a microwave with a turntable for a maximum of 10s at 500-600 W. Remove the mask from the microwave and, if necessary, heat it up again at5s intervals untile the desired temperature is reached. Do not exceed 30s. If the mask becomes too hot, allow it to cool before use.
TO USE COLD: Place the mask in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Remove and make sure that the beads inside are soft, not frozen. Use the gel side for a more intense effect, while make use the soft side on your eyes for a lighter effect.
