The POW sets are intended to help increase energy levels and wake you up. The tea does this via a herbal infusion including ginger, lemon peel and yerba mate. The balm can be applied to pressure points to help achieve the same effect, the balm contains rosemary, lemon, frankincense and black pepper and is made from beeswax and fractionated coconut oil.
