In Ezcaray, they continue to maintain traditional arts in washing, dyeing and finishing the wool with which they make their scarves, making them even more authentic and unique. It is the continuation and inheritance received from Cecilio Valgañón, who in 1930 transformed the production of cloth on his handlooms to the manufacture of handkerchiefs, scarves, scarves and blankets.

It is recommended to brush with a hard bristle brush in the direction of the pile after each season, to maintain the soft and fluffy appearance that characterizes Ezcaray mohair scarves.
